I enjoy sharing parts of my daily practice, anytime someone is open to listening. Today's lesson suggests: " we can embody the truth that we are simply part of the body of God, just as a wave is part of the ocean....rather than individual entities, our personas are rays of the sun we call divinity."

I vow this day to embrace and embody the idea of wholeness. I accept the truth that no one and no thing is separated from source. All is in God, of God, as God.
